That’s a bit of life lately! Trying to embrace the days where it’s not too cold and not too wet to be outside!
My name is Lisa Robinson and I am a wife, mom to Emma and Addie, dog-mother to Cooper, and elementary administrator living in Atlanta. I love to explore new places, spend time with family and friends, host parties, and play tennis. I decided to start a blog as a way to document the comings and goings in our lives with more than just pictures on social media.

I’m going to do a photo dump to try and get caught up from the past few weeks!

Girls Day in Athens
I haven't posted in a few weeks. Having a hard time keeping up! We've had some really pretty days the past few weeks and some very WET days too!
This past Saturday the girls in my family plus Collier headed to Athens. It was my mom, Claire, Bonnie, Emma, Collier and me. We left right at nap time so the kids would sleep in the car on the way there. We headed straight to Last Resort for lunch! My absolute FAVORITE Athens establishment!(Both Bonnie and I had Cecelia's cakes for our wedding. They make all the cakes for Last Resort. They are the BEST!)
From lunch we walked to North Campus to let the kiddos run around and explore. Thankfully the weather was holding up still at this point. We rang the bell and ran around on Herty Field by the fountain. They had such fun and it was really cool to see them in a place that is so near and dear to my heart. Athens is such a great place to go to college and I don't get back there nearly enough.
From North Campus we headed to Stegman Coliseum for the Gymdogs meet. UGA was going up against Boise State. It was pretty crowded that day too. Lots of red and black flooding into the stadium before the rain came. We enjoyed watching the different events and the kids were pretty mesmerized by all they could look at. Emma spent most of the time standing in front of Mimi dancing to the music being played or eating her dippin dots ice cream. We had a great time!
We got back to the cars as fast as we could in the rain and headed home for bedtime. It was a full day! It was such a nice change of pace from our regular weekend grind of fitting everything in and running errands around town. We just got to enjoy each others company!
