NEPHEW!!! I am so excited to say my sister is having a little BOY! I can't wait to have a little baby around the family and so excited it's going to be a boy. Life is about to change dramatically for my sister and I can't wait to see it all unfold.
My name is Lisa Robinson and I am a wife, mom to Emma and Addie, dog-mother to Cooper, and elementary administrator living in Atlanta. I love to explore new places, spend time with family and friends, host parties, and play tennis. I decided to start a blog as a way to document the comings and goings in our lives with more than just pictures on social media.

Cooper is 2!
I don't have kids but I do have a super cute pup! Cooper turned two today and I can't believe it's almost been 2 years since we picked him up from our breeder in McDonough. He brings so much joy and love into the Robinson family. I can't imagine our life without the little guy in it. This weekend we have my sister's dog, Henley, with us to celebrate and I'm thinking taking them to the Frosty Caboose for a doggie treat this evening.
Coops Favorite things:
- tennis balls
- frisbees
- snuggling on our bed
- walking the neighborhood
- playing with Holly Williams, Champ Hartman, and Henley Willi
- follow Tommy around and if he isn't home then follow me around
- give kisses at night when he is super tired
Yes, I know what you are thinking, he is only a dog but he's MY dog and I love him very much!

Audrey's Bridal Shower
One of my best friends is getting married in April and I am honored to be part of her wedding party! Four of us bridesmaids threw her a bridal shower last night and it was such a great time! Audrey moved to Kansas City in August so it was wonderful to see her and catch up with some of my great friends. The shower was at my house and I hosted with Cardin McKenna, Alex Graveline, and Lauren Gorman. We had a lot of laughs, a few happy tears, and a lot of wine!

Everyone was sent a recipe card with their invitation to bring their favorite recipe to make Audrey and Rob a recipe book!

After much thought, I've decided I would like to document the comings and goings in my life as a newlywed and share the things going on in the Robinson family!
I have many friends who have wonderful blogs about their families that I feel like when the time comes for Tommy and I to start a family I would like to already have our blog started! You can go here and here to read my friends Lindsey and Jessica's blogs. They started out their blogging days when they were teaching and I have learned so much from them both over the years.
Tommy and I have been married now for 4 and a half months which seems crazy. I feel like wedding day was last week. We have been SO busy since our wedding with travels to Jamaica for our honeymoon, Lake Chatuge with the Abernathy and Balfour families, The Mitchler wedding in Atlanta, Greenville for Kyle and Andrew's engagement party, The Sullivan wedding in Decatur, Labor Day lake visits with both our friend groups, Chattanooga for Beth's (my sister-in-law) iron man race, Lake Rabun to the Stelling house, beach with the Hartmans, and football games in between. It has been a busy 4 months but anyone who knows us knows we wouldn't want it any other way!

There are lots of exciting things happening in our family these days too. My sister, Bonnie, and her husband, Brett, are expecting their first child in March of 2015. VERY soon we will find out what sex the baby is which I just can't wait for! I am going to say it here first but I have a hunch it is going to be a girl. Either way I am SO excited about becoming an aunt.
Tommy's sister, Beth, has bought a house and moved to Charleston, South Carolina. We can't wait for frequent trips to the beach to visit her!
I know this blog is chock-full of things but I wanted to start my blogging off with a bang.
Lots of great things going on in our lives and we are so lucky to be surrounded by so many wonderful friends and family members.
