Second Half of October

Really been slacking in the update department this month. We've been up to a lot this month that I don't want to forget to document. Fall is here and we are loving it!

A few weeks ago we went to 30A with our friends, the Hartmans, for a quick weekend away. It was so relaxing!

Unfortunately on Saturday night we definitely knew something was up with Emma. She felt very warm and was being very clingy. We gave her tylenol thinking it was just teething or something. Well flash forward to Monday morning and she then was covered with a rash...hand, foot and mouth. It was a miserable few days because she was clearly in a lot of pain because of the sores in her throat. She stayed home for a few days and night time was the worst. She didn't want medicine but she needed the pain medicine. We hope this is a one and done occurrence.

We decorated her pumpkin she got from the pumpkin patch!

School pictures came back and oh my goodness...such a HAM!

Park times

At home date night with a fire. Just what the doctor ordered after a week of sickness.

We ventured to the Battery for lunch at Antico. Lots of fun walking around and playing with balloons. Toddlers are so easily entertained and they are so entertaining. She is pure JOY.

Some auburn watching fun

Some updates on our bathroom progress. Only a few things left for Tommy to do. I am SO happy with how it's turned out. He has worked SO hard. #handyhusband

Just because I think she looks cute :)

We were really missing Mimi and Baba. They were in South Africa the past few weeks. HOME today!

Tickle Monster!

I am biased but isn't she the cutest unicorn ever! I love a baby in a costume.

Trick or Trunk at my school (we were so happy to have the Willis join in on the fun. He's the cutest mickey in my opinion #lovethatnephewofmine)

We had some friends over for the GA/FL game (GOOO DAWGS!!!!) and Emma was just mesmerized by her best bud, Gavin)

Brunch this past Sunday trying a new spot (by default because the wait at West Egg was it's usual way too long for a toddler)

Hanging with Auntie Claire

We all feel this way on Monday mornings #tired

and ending with some more Halloween fun from the neighborhood party last night.
